SPIN®:
Our SPIN® classes – indoor cycling classes set to music - will give you an energizing, endorphin-rich workout, allowing you to burn off up to 500 calories in a single 45 minute session. Spinning® is fun, it’s efficient, it’s safe and invigorating - without the heavy impact and difficult moves you may find with many other types of exercise programs. Bring your cycling or running shoes - our pedals are Look and SPD compatible, and accommodate regular tennis shoes too.
If you’ve never experienced the fun of a Spin® class, or want a refresher on the basics, come to one of our free Intro to Spin® sessions. In 30 minutes, we’ll help you get comfortable on the bike, and show you how you can get a terrific, efficient workout – at your own pace.

YOGA:
Our Yoga program is designed for people of all ages and experience levels. Come and re-energize while engaging in a stimulating, vigorous workout set to music. Bring your own mat, or borrow one of ours. Classes fit your schedule. Attend once a week or every day – you only pay for the classes you attend.
Level 1/2 - A mixed-level, flow class that will help improve strength and calm the mind. Move through postures in a sequential flow while using breath to build endurance, strength and flexibility.
Power Yoga - a challenging Vinyasa flow class, taught following the principles of the Baptiste Power method. This invigorating workout will help increase strength and stamina while healing and energizing the body and mind.
Yoga for Beginners - Designed for those who are new to yoga, or those who would like a refresher on the fundamentals. Learn the basic vocabulary, postures, and breathing techniques that will help establish the foundation for a solid yoga practice.
Yoga for Kids! – YogaBuddies fun and creative curriculum for kids integrates yoga poses with character building lessons, breathing techniques and games, enabling students to improve strength, flexibility and balance.

Strength Training:
Our Strength Training classes are designed to provide you with a quick, invigorating, efficient workout to supplement your cardio and flexibility routines. Think of this as semi-private Personal Training in a small group setting! These classes will focus on form and function to create overall muscle skeletal balance. Additional benefits include leaner body composition and joint and muscle stabilization, which will help prevent injury.
Wear running or athletic shoes, bring water and a small towel. We’ll provide you with a mat, weights, balls, bars… and a great workout!
Upper Body Strength - This class will focus on chest, back, shoulders, arms and core. No leg work here…this class is designed to be taken before or after a Spin class, walk or run, if desired. The class will run 40 minutes and include 30 minutes of strength training and 10 minutes of stretching.
Full Body Strength - In addition to chest, back, shoulders, arms and abs, this class will incorporate all leg and posterior muscles. Because of the additional focus on the lower body, this class is designed to be taken on a day when you aren’t Spinning… (but it’s your choice, of course!) The class will run 50 minutes, and will include a quick warm up, followed by 40 minutes of strength training and 10 minutes of stretching.
For optimal results, strength training should be incorporated into your fitness routine 2-3 times each week, with days off to allow your muscles to recover.
